The two massive LNG construction projects which are happening in Pembrokeshire at South Hook and Waterston, Milford Haven have been cited as the reason for a significant decline in the unemployment level in the county.

The projects have created 1500 jobs with the arrival of the first LNG tankers scheduled for late 2007. Construction will drop off after this point with an anticipated 100 permanent jobs once building is complete. All construction is hoped to be finished by 2009. More…
